My approach to psychotherapy is customized to each client’s personal needs and goals. Therapy may incorporate cognitive behavioral work focused on identifying and reframing unhelpful patterns of thinking. To support improved emotional regulation I often integrate practical coping skills including mindfulness and distress tolerance.
